NCAT/Court & Insurance Reports

NCAT is the acronym for the New South Wales Civil and Administrative Tribunal. NCAT provides a specialist tribunal service over a range of legal matters which include home building disputes.

Hit the Mark has over 20 years of experience in the procedures, policies and requirements of NCAT hearings. Areas where NCAT may be required include:
